Out of a limited 10 million Silver Pandas struck in 2019, just 18,666 coins were identified by NGC as coming from 1 of 3 separate mints [SHANGHAL (S) 6419 coins, SHENYANG (Y) 5049 coins, and SHENZHEN (G) 7198 coins]; less than 0.2% of the entire mintage. Of the coins identified from separate Mints, the following coin populations Graded by the NGC in MS 70 (hand signed by Tong Fang, Panda Designer) and Certified as First Releases are as follows: (S) Mint – 2689 coins (in higher grades, 0 coins); (Y) Mint – 2563 coins (in higher grades, 0 coins); (G) Mint – 2393 coins (in higher grades, 0 coins). From the NGC coin populations (#2 above), one coin from each mint made up the 3-Coin Set. From examination of the Graded and Certified populations, only about 2000+ coin sets (as described in #2) were assembled. Set – (S) Mint Certification #4874466-008, (Y) Mint Certification #4874426-058, and (G) Mint Certification #4874518-008. Each coin contains 30g (10Y) pure 0.999 fine silver.
