Each coin comes certified and graded by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) in MS70 condition and includes an exclusive NGC label that features an authentic, hand-signature of 2019 Panda designer Tong Fang. Sets will also include a presentation case and mint certificates. This is the first year that PRC has been able to offer Chinas famous silver Panda series from each of the three mints that struck the them in 2019: Shenzhen, Shanghai and Shenyang.
