This lot is a China 3 piece proof coin set dated 1989 featuring rare endangered animals as follows…. 925 silver Crane 10 yuan, 27 grams in weight. 925 silver Deer 10 yuan, 27 grams in weight, and a 22ct. Gold tiger 100 yuan, 8 grams in weight. Original certificates of authenticity are included however the gold certificate was never the correct one for this set. It states the coin to be a 150 yuan piece which would not be able to fit into the round recess for the gold coin so the mint mistakenly put the wrong certificate in this set. This gold piece is the correct piece for this set and is a 100 yuan coin. I have never seen another of this three piece proof set offered for sale. These are in beautiful condition with absolutely no problems and just as issued. A very rare opportunity to own this wonderful proof set.
