RARE 1990 3 Coin China Platinum Panda PROOF Set. Only 2,500 Minted! Contains the 10, 25 & 50 Yuan Coins. 85 ounces in all. Comes in the original box, but has no paperwork. The plastic is still unopened as issued. From what I can see through the plastic there is no spotting or toning on the coins. This is the actual set you shall receive. Please view the photos and grade the coins for yourself. I try to honestly describe everything I sell. Please look the photos over and judge the grade for yourself. No guarantees are expressed or implied in my opinion of the grades. Grading is an art, not a science. Several subjective factors of personal preference may be considered different by others. These include strike, toning, color, blemishes, & eye appeal. My experience is that two people will not always grade the same item alike. Market conditions do change, grading standards have changed, and will likely continue to do so into the future. Auctions MUST close the same week and be paid for on one invoice to qualify. If you are having trouble combining please wait for our invoice. We give a full 30 day return on all items we sell unless otherwise noted. Due to constant market fluctuations gold and silver bullion related coins are not returnable. On auctions closing on weekends, all invoices will be sent out on that following Monday. It is a RARE ANIMALS OF CHINA set comprised of silver and gold coins all of which are guaranteed to be authentic. It is an exceptionally rare set with a limited edition of only 250 worldwide. The coins come housed in their original Giant Panda display box along with the certificate of authenticity and coin specifications. The Giant Panda is 900 fine silver and weighs 22.22 grams. The other silver coins are. 925 pure silver and weigh 27 grams each. The three gold coins are. 916 pure and weigh 8 grams each. Of all the coins in the set the gold Takin Ox is the most valuable. The complete set has an Elegant eye appeal and the coins do not appear to have been mishandled. The outer box shows signs of having been handled and the certificate of authenticity has moisture wave. The decorative plush lining of the box is intact and the coins are in their original airtight containers. There are probably less than a hundred of these sets intact anymore so here’s your chance to own one of them. Deep mirrors and Cameo surfaces make the set stunning.
