This 2007 China 25th Anniversary Silver Panda Proof Set (with Box & CoA) commemorates the 25th year (started in 1982) of the initial minting of the World-Famous Panda Coin. This Proof Set, comes housed in a charming wooden / metal box and contains 25 Proof Coins (each containing 0.25 troy ounces of 0.999 fine silver and each coin measures 25mm in diameter). The set also includes a Certificate of Authenticity directly from the Chinese Mint. Also, each coin is individually sealed in an airtight plastic capsule to protect its proof grade and luster. The design of each coin shares the same obverse (Chinese Temple of Heaven) and the reverse shows a Chinese Panda (in various poses and designs throughout the years) although 2001 and 2002 share the same face.
